And one more from “The Celtic Design Collection“. At the time of posting this new design, the Irish government is announcing the first of two days of budget cuts. I’m thinking maybe this celtic man is floating because he’s had every cent taken from his pockets, and he’s naked – literally has lost the shirt on his back – quite appropriate for the day that’s in it.
